Father's Day Pops
Microwave 1 cup white baking pieces and 2Tbs. canola oil on high for a minute. Stir and microwave in 10-second intervals until melted. Place 12 doughnut holes, one at a time, in mixture, using a lollipop stick to turn until covered. Skewer each hole and remove, allowing the excess to drip off. Put the end of the stick into a tall glass as a holder. chill about one hour. Use red gel color to add laces.

Strawberry Lemonade
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 9 lemons)
1/4 cup grenadine
Combine sugar and 4 cups water in a medium pan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer without stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; let cool completely.
Pour half of syrup into a blender, add strawberries and blend until smooth.
Strain into a pitcher; discard solids.
Add remaining syrup, lemon juice and grenadine to pitcher and stir to combine.
Serve over ice, garnished with additional strawberries, if desired.
